Clarifying questions can be sent via Email for up to 30 days, but don't push us;-). No phone support.

Premium Consulting Support $39
Includes Email Consulting plus 15 minutes of phone support for 30 days. If you have a celphone or you can get the store lacky to call us, we'll even schedule a time with you so we can talk to the sales person or repair person at the computer store while you are there. ($2/minute for additional phone consult time over 15 minutes.)

Premium Plus Consulting Support $139
90 days of Premium Consulting up to 90 minutes on the phone. Email us or call any time within your membership period for assistance with your computer problems. This phone time can be used for opinions about new technology, or just to chat about new ideas you might have for using your computer. ($2/minute for additional phone consult time over 90 minutes.)

Includes Email Consulting, 1 hours of phone support for 30 days, and a remote access account to your computer for your MyGeekShopper consultant to assist you remotely. This is an excellent option for that one month that you are shopping for a new PC. If you have a cellphone or you can get the store lacky to call us, we'll even schedule a time with you so we can talk to the sales person with you in the store. ($2/minute for additional phone consult time over 1 hour.)

Premium Plus Remote Support $267
90 days of Premium Consulting up to 4 hours on the phone with remote access so your MyGeekShopper consultant. Your consultant can get on your computer to train and demonstrate solutions. Email us or call any time within your membership period for assistance with your computer problems. This phone time is extremely flexible and can be accrued up to 8 hours as long as your account is active. As your time accrues, you can schedule traning sessions or request remote installaction of programs. Use your time for a periodic PC check-up. You can get opinions about new technology or just call your MyGeekShopper to chat about new ideas you might have for using your computer. (Requires DSL or Cable connection)

Complete Remote Support $480 (Save by paying $774 Yearly)
6 months remote access support for your computer. This option provides ample time for on-line training sessions and "Just Fix It" support. We use the best in Freeware and Shareware applications to keep your PC healthy. At least quarterly, we will access your computer remotely to perform updates and make sure that computer is cleaned of viruses and spyware. If your computer flashes a message that you don't understand, just call your MyGeekShopper. If you are having a problem any time using an application, call your MyGeekShopper. We will get on your computer to assist your or just fix it. Scheduled Training sessions are capped at 8 hours in 6 months to allow time of unschedules support calls and maintenance activities. (Requires DSL or Cable connection)
